How to: Create a report without using the Report Wizard.
Solution:
Click the 'Reports' tab, and click 'New'. Select 'Design View' and select a table or query in the drop-down list box. Click 'OK'.
NOTE: If the Database window is not active, activate the Database window.
1) Click the 'Reports' tab in the Database window.

2) Click 'New'. (The Report Wizard dialog box appears.)
3) Select 'Design View' from the list box.
4) Select a table or query from the 'Choose the table or query where the object's data comes from' drop-down list.
NOTE: Use the scroll bar for more selections if necessary.
CAUTION: If no selection is made, the first object from the table/queries list is used.

5) Click 'OK'. (A blank report entitled The Report1 : Report appears in Report Design view.)
6) Design the report by adding fields, labels, buttons, graphics, headers, footers, etc.
